Biography – Jaclyn Duff
Jaclyn Duff came up through the equitation ranks, winning the CET Medal Final in 2003 at the Royal Horse Show in Toronto. She enjoyed her first taste of international success as a member of the silver medal team at the 2007 North American Young Riders’ Championships riding Pan Tau 55.
In 2012, the show jumping world saw a glimpse of things to come when she won the Jump Canada National Talent Squad Championship at the Royal Horse Show. At the same location two years later, Duff proved she was a force to be reckoned with after claiming the Canadian Show Jumping Reserve Championship title, relinquishing the win to 10-time Olympian Ian Millar. 2014 also marked the year Duff won her first FEI event, the $35,000 CSI2* Sierra Excavating Enterprises Cup at the Caledon Pan Am Equestrian Park, and made her Nations’ Cup debut at CSIO3*-W Bratislava, Slovakia, riding Pater Noster on both occasions. Duff is now developing a new grand prix star, Eh All or None, who took two FEI wins at the L’International Bromont tournaments last summer.
A graduate of the University of Alberta, Duff trains with 2008 Olympic team silver medalist Jill Henselwood.
